GIZ - Business Consultancy for the Sustainable Operation of Innovation Hubs in Iraq, aimed to assess, restructure, and enhance the sustainability & strategy of four Business/Innovation Hubs in the country (the Station, Makers of Baghdad, Suli innovation house and Mosul space). The project has been implemented in collaboration between Wedo and Ambero.
The consultancy work has had the following methodology:

- Setting up KPIs for each unit/department and position with a toolkit to track the performance monthly or quarterly
- Restructuring the organization structure with complete set of documentation
